4X4 DRIVE TO FROZEN SPITI VALLEY

4X4 DRIVE TO FROZEN SPITI VALLEY

ABOUT THE TOUR

This is one of a life time expedition and you experience Artic circle type of conditions. Its an opportunity to view and experience how Spiti locals have been living for centuries and fighting such extreme conditions. We live in local Spiti homes, share our time with the host family and form some lifelong bonds. We drive on frozen roads, snow all around, frozen streams & frozen waterfalls. We visit more than 1026 yrs old Tabo monastery, take a look at Gyu monastery which houses a mummy of Lama, visit the highest bridge in Asia and highest Post Office in the World. A overwhelmingly memorable tour and once in a life time experience.
