DETAILED PROGRAMME
Day 01: Arrive Leh
Meet on arrival at airport and transfer to hotel. Today is a complete day free for acclimatization. Evening free to enjoy a walk around Leh market or visit the Leh Palace or enjoy sunset from Shanti Stupa. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: In Leh
Morning after breakfast we start our ride to visit Shey Palace, Thiksey monastery and Hemis monastery. We return back to Leh enroute visiting Stok Palace & Museum. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Leh/Lamayuru/ Alchi (160 kms)
Post breakfast we start our ride to Sham valley. We witness the confluence of Zanskar & Indus valley at Nimmu and continue further to Likir monastery. After the visit we continue over the highlands of Sham valley to Temisgang from where we descend down to meet the main highway and visit Lamayuru monastery, one of largest and important monastery of Ladakh. After the visit we ride to Alchi village and check in at hotel. Evening visit more than 1000 yrs old Alchi monastery. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Alchi/ Leh (70 kms)
Morning free to explore the surroundings. Later ride back to Leh enroute visiting Phyang & Spituk monasteries. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Leh/ Nubra via Khardungla (130 kms)
Today after breakfast at your hotel ride to Nubra valley via the famed Khardungla pass (5600 m), which was once the highest motorable pass in the world. Later ride to Nubra valley, take photoshots enroute. The natural home of double hump bacterial camel and famous old silk route, enjoy a small camel ride at the sand dunes. On arrival check in at camp. Evening explore Hunder village. Overnight stay at camp at Hunder.
Day 06 Nubra/ Shyok/ Pangong Lake (140 kms)
Today after breakfast we leave for yet another mesmerizing ride to follow Shyok river to reach Pangong Lake (4250 m). Arrive Pangong, which is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. Overnight in camp.
Day 07: Pangong/Tsokhar Lake (200 kms)
Today enjoy the scenic ride to Tsokkar Lake crossing over Chang La (5160 m) to reach Upshi. From here we start our ascend upto Tanglang La (5328 m) and then onwards to Tsokhar Lake. At an altitude of 4520 metres this is one of the most amazing high altitude lakes in the Ruspshu Nomadic belt. This crystal clear lake is a protected bird sanctuary and home to thousands of migratory bird including the endangered black necked crane. Walk around the lake and explore Tsokhar village. Overnight in tents.
Day 08: Tsokhar/Tsomoriri Lake (122 kms)
After breakfast ride to Tsomoriri lake at an altitude of 4522 m lies in Changthang Plateau and beautifully placed lined with mountain range. The lake and surrounding area are protected as the Tso Moriri Wetland Conservation Reserve. On arrival check in at camp. Evening visit Karzok village and monastery. Overnight in tents.
Day 09: Tsomoriri/ Leh (240 kms)
Today post breakfast we start our ride back to Leh. We meet the highway crossing Indus river at Mahe and from here riding along the river down the valley to Upshi and further to arrive at Leh. On arrival check in and overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Depart Leh
Morning in time transfer to Leh airport for flight to Delhi.

BOOKING A SEAT & PAYMENT
