Day 01: Arrive Manali
Arrive Manali and check in at pre booked hotel. Afternoon the entire group meets & join the bike session where you will be briefed by our road captain about road safety, high altitude concerns, addresses your questions. Later we introduce you to your motorcycle. You will be free to test your bike & have a short ride around Manali to be friendly with your friend bike which will going to be with you for next few days. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
***there are various options to reach Manali. There are overnight Volvo buses operating from most of important places including Delhi/ Chandigarh/ Dehradun/ Amritsar/ Jammu. Nearest airport is Kullu, which is 50 kms away, served by a daily flight from Delhi and other convenient airport s Chanidgarh, 320 kms away with flights being operated from almost all metros across India and major railway station is also Chandigarh
Day 02: Manali – Rohtang Pass – Jispa (138 Kms – 5 hrs)
You wake up early in the morning to ride on one of the world's highest road - the Manali-Leh highway. As soon as you leave Manali, the climb for the 13,051 feet high Rohtang Pass starts. After Rohtang, the road descends into the Chandra valley, passing through Khoksar and on to Tandi and Jispa. Your overnight stay is at a Tent in Jispa.
Day 03: Jispa – Baralacha Pass - Sarchu (85 Kms – 4 hrs)
Today you ride from the lush green landscape to the stark moonscape which Ladakh is famous for. A very scenic ride passing through small lakes, waterfalls and streams. You also cross your second high altitude pass - Baralach La - at 16,500 feet. Your night stay today is in tents with attached toilets at Sarchu.
Day 04: Sarchu – Lachunga La - Tanglang La Pass - Leh (250 Kms – 7 hrs)
Undoubtedly the best stretch on the Manali-Leh highway, this section of the Manali-Leh highway will feel as if you're on a roller coaster ride climbing up and down from one Himalayan pass to another. You ride up and down three high altitude passes, Lachlung La (16,616 feet), Nakee La (15,547 feet) and Taglang la (17,480 feet), the second highest motorable pass in the world. You finish the days ride in the ancient city of Leh. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: In Leh
The day today is free to relax and soak in freshness of Leh town. Explore the city at your own pace, walk around the market or visit Leh Palace or go for a hike to Shanti Stupa to enjoy the magnificent sun set view of Leh town or go for sight seeing visiting some famous monasteries or rushing down the river Indus on a raft. Overnight at holte.
Day 06: Leh - Khardung La pass - Nubra Valley (160 Kms – 6 hrs)
Today after breakfast get ready for one of the most exciting journey of your life. You will be crossing world highest motorable pass Khardungla – 18,480 Feet. Photography, great memories & decent to Nubra valley. Nubra valley is considered as the coldest desert. On arrival check in at your tent with attach toilet.
Day 07: Nubra – Shyok - Pangong Lake (120 kms/ 5 – 6 hrs)
Today after breakfast we leave for yet another mesmerizing ride to follow Shyok river to reach Pangong Lake (4250 m). Arrive Pangong, which is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. Overnight in camp.
Day 08: Pangong - Changlang La - Shey Palace - Leh (160 kms/ 7 hrs)
After breakfast we leave Pangong and start our ride towards Leh town crossing over Chang La (5160 m) which has the distinction of being the 3rd highest motorable pass. Enroute we also visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace to reach Leh. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest of day free and overnight at hotel.
Day 09: Depart Leh
After breakfast check out from hotel and depart for your onward destination. End of tour & our services.
